Here is a little business legal tip for today (I have mentioned this before, so it is not new, but what the heck (repetition is good)): If you find yourself editing your client services agreement (CSA) for every client to customize it to them, you can stop today. You can have just ONE CSA, and several scopes of works (SOW) that can be modified. A few advantages:
ii-i) Life becomes easier for you.
ii-ii) The scope of work can easily change (modifications) as you progress with your client without having to modify the entire agreement.
ii-iii) The SOW will include all your changing parameters (packages, prices, services), while your CSA will stay the same.
ii-iv) Life becomes easier for you (bears repeating)
